Article 1 – Purpose

These general terms and conditions of sale constitute the agreement governing, for its duration, the relationship between W-Eduu Business School and the individual or company ("The Buyer") in the context of the sale of face-to-face and/or distance learning courses.

These terms and conditions of sale are entered into between W-Eduu and any individual or legal entity (the Buyer) wishing to make a purchase via the W-Eduu website and intending to use W-Eduu's services, or who is currently using them.
They aim to define the contractual relationship between W-Eduu and the Buyer, and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the W-Eduu online store, whether the Buyer is a professional or an individual.

Purchasing a service through this website implies the buyer's unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale.
These terms and conditions of sale shall prevail over any other general or specific terms and conditions not expressly agreed to by W-Eduu.

W-Eduu reserves the right to modify its terms and conditions of sale at any time. In this case, the applicable terms and conditions will be those in effect on the date the order is placed by the buyer.

Article 2 – Nature of services

W-Eduu Business School provides university registration as part of an e-learning .

As such, W-eduu charges the buyer only for the registration of these courses, the processing of the course registration process and the administrative follow-up of the buyer, once the buyer has registered for the courses.

Article 3 – Registration and purchase procedures (deadline)

The registration form must be completed on the website www.w-eduu.com , under the " registration " tab.

Registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of the registration form and full payment for the chosen training course.
Confirmation of the order through payment of these registration fees implies acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale, acknowledgment of having read and understood them fully, and waiver of any right to invoke one's own terms of purchase or any other conditions.

Article 4 – Price

The prices of our products are indicated in euros inclusive of all taxes (VAT and other taxes applicable on the day of the order), unless otherwise stated and excluding processing and shipping costs.

All orders, regardless of origin, are payable in euros.

W-Eduu reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but the product will be billed based on the price in effect at the time the order is validated and subject to availability.

The prices shown include only order processing fees and the initial electronic delivery of course registration documents. For any additional requests or needs beyond those mentioned above that require processing work on our part, administrative fees will be charged based on the nature of that processing work.

In the event that we agree to issue a refund, a non-refundable portion of the fees will apply. Please contact our customer service for further details.

Article 5 – Payment

By confirming your order, you agree to pay the indicated price in a single payment.

Payment for your purchases is made by credit card through our secure payment system.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

With reference to point 1 of article L221-28 of the Consumer Code :

"The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts:
1° For the supply of services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period and, if the contract subjects the consumer to an obligation to pay, the performance of which has begun with his prior and express agreement and with the recognition by him of the loss of his right of withdrawal, when the service has been fully performed by the professional."

• Thus, in the event that the student accepts, at the time of validating his order, that W-Eduu begins the execution of its service immediately after validation of the order, the student understands that he does not have a right of withdrawal and that no right of withdrawal exists and cannot be exercised, in accordance with the consumer code cited above.
• If, at the time of order confirmation, the student requests that W-Eduu begin providing its services 14 calendar days after order confirmation, the student has a right of withdrawal , in accordance with the aforementioned Consumer Code. The student then has 14 calendar days from the order confirmation date to exercise this right of withdrawal without having to provide a reason or pay any penalties, with the exception of return shipping costs, university registration fees incurred by W-Eduu, and fees incurred by using PayPal (or Stripe) as the invoicing and refund system.

Article 7 - Availability

If a product becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will inform you by email. Your order will be automatically cancelled and refunded.

Article 8 – Delivery

The products are delivered by email to the email address provided during the order process, within the timeframe indicated on the order confirmation page.

Article 9 – Liability

The products offered comply with current Dubai legislation. W-Eduu cannot be held liable for any failure to comply with the legislation of the country where the product is used. It is your responsibility to check with local authorities regarding the permitted uses of the products or services you intend to order.

Furthermore, W-Eduu cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from misuse of the purchased product.

Finally, W-Eduu cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience or damage inherent in the use of the Internet network, including service interruptions, external intrusions, or the presence of computer viruses.

Article 10 – Applicable Law in Case of Disputes

The language of this contract is French. These terms and conditions of sale are governed by Dubai law. In the event of a dispute, the Dubai courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Article 11 – Intellectual Property

All elements of the W-Eduu.com website are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of W-Eduu. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, redistribute, or use in any way whatsoever, even partially, any elements of the website, whether software, visual, or audio. Any simple or hypertext link is strictly prohibited without the express written consent of W-Eduu.

Article 12 – Personal Data

W-Eduu reserves the right to collect personal information and data about you. This information is necessary for processing your order, as well as for improving the services and information we provide to you.

They can also be transmitted to companies that contribute to these relationships, such as those responsible for the execution of services and orders for their management, execution, processing and payment.

This information and data is also kept for security purposes, in order to comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

In accordance with the law of 6 January 1978, you have the right to access, rectify and object to personal information and data concerning you, directly on the website.

Article 13 – Archiving Proof

W-Eduu will archive purchase orders and invoices on a reliable and durable medium constituting a faithful copy in accordance with the provisions of Article 1348 of the Civil Code.

The computerized records of W-Eduu will be considered by the parties as proof of communications, orders, payments and transactions between the parties.

 

The user acknowledges having read these terms and conditions and expressly agrees to them.
W-Eduu informs users that it may modify these terms and conditions at any time, and the modified terms will be binding upon publication. It is therefore the user's responsibility to stay informed of any new provisions. Each new use of the services constitutes acceptance of the latest terms and conditions in effect.

Use of the W-Eduu website or services offered on W-Eduu implies full and complete acceptance of the general terms of use by users, including the elements provided in the FAQ.
