All requests must be accompanied by a photocopy of a valid, signed form of identification and must include the address where the publisher can contact the requester. A response will be sent within one month of receiving the request. This one-month period may be extended by two months if the complexity of the request and/or the number of requests so require.

Article 15 – Right of withdrawal
With reference to point 1° of article L121-20-2 of the Consumer Code and to point 1 of article L121-21-8 of the Consumer Code :
"The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised, unless the parties have agreed otherwise, for contracts: For the supply of services whose performance has begun, with the consumer's agreement, before the end of the fourteen-day cooling-off period."

"The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts […] for the supply of services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period and whose performance began after the consumer's express prior agreement and express waiver of their right of withdrawal."
- Thus, in the event that the student accepts, at the time of validating his order, that W-Eduu begins the execution of its service immediately after validation of the order, the student understands that he does not have a right of withdrawal and that no right of withdrawal exists and cannot be exercised, in accordance with the consumer code cited above.
- If, at the time of order confirmation, the student requests that W-Eduu begin providing its services 14 calendar days after order confirmation, the student has a right of withdrawal , in accordance with the aforementioned Consumer Code. The student then has 14 calendar days from the order confirmation date to exercise this right of withdrawal without having to provide a reason or pay any penalties, with the exception of return shipping costs, university registration fees incurred by W-Eduu, and fees related to the use of Stripe as the billing and refund system.
